Location: Westbury Park, Bristol (Free parking available on site)

Hourly Rate: £11.00-£12.00ph - Linked to experience and qualifications.

Annual Salary: £12,188.80 - £13,291.20 PLUS £1500 Welcome bonus*

Hours: 20 hours per week on average* (overtime available)

Key Responsibilities:

You will be working 1:1 with a resident on each shift. You will have the freedom to plan their day in line with their choices and wishes, enabling them to be as independent as possible.

You will be providing personal care to residents as well as supporting them in a wide range of learning, development and social activities including arts and crafts, cookery, music, gardening, swimming, shopping trips and fun social occasions.

We are looking for pro-active individuals who can demonstrate compassion, empathy, and a

person-centred approach to supporting our young people.


*Please note, our 2 week rota pattern means you will be working more than 20 hours in 1 week and less than 20 hours in the other which may not be in line with your availability or visa conditions


This school is situated close to the city centre and offers a supported living and learning

environment for young adults aged 19+ with severe and complex learning difficulties.
